Dear Menlo Park Academy of Dance Families,
As you may or may not know, the Greenheart Redevelopment Project on El Camino & Oak Grove in Menlo Park was finally given the go-ahead by the City. Unfortunately for us, this means that we are to lose our Oak Grove studios at the end of this month.
I have spent the last 6 months looking for temporary space to accommodate the studio 5/6 classes and the last year looking for a new permanent space to replace the Oak Grove studios. Neither has been an easy process as several friends of the school who have been helping me can attest to.
I am currently negotiating a new permanent location for the Oak Grove classes and hope to have news of this very soon.
For now, the temporary studio spaces are booked through the beginning of June at the following locations:
- MASONIC HALL, 651 Roble Avenue, Menlo Park (onsite & street parking)
- LITTLE HOUSE, 800 Middle Avenue, Menlo Park (parking lot)
- BETHANY LUTHERAN CHURCH, 1095 Cloud Avenue, Menlo Park (parking lot & street parking)
Please read the following very carefully as some other classes have been switched around to accommodate class sizes or download the new schedule here.
Last day of classes at Oak Grove Studios is Saturday February 25th.
From Monday February 27th through Friday June 9th, the following locations will go into effect:

*Alternatively there are a few places available in Miss Chantelle’s Monday 4:00 Ballet II class at the Masonic Hall.
Chantelle’s Wednesday 6:00 Advanced Foundation II & 7:30 Pointe will be combined with Advanced Foundation II in Studio 1 at the same times – taught by Miss Sarah.
